How it Works:
This Picture Search has different music symbols hidden for your students to find- they’re disguised as pizza toppings and are fairly good at fitting in! Have your student find each music symbol listed in the instructions. Time them to make it a competition!
Accessibility Options:
There are two puzzles provided. One includes symbols re-colored to help them blend in, whereas the other keeps all symbols black while lightening the pizzas in order to help the symbols stand out a bit more. Everyone’s vision and visual processing is different. If the provided puzzles are not supportive to your student’s learning style, switch it up. Provide clues such as which specific pizza a symbol is located on, or “I spy a half rest on a tomato,” or “I spy an olive that looks more like a whole note!” An answer key is provided with each symbol circled.
